Drummer

This morning I woke up early (9 AM) in order to go to a special event in the museum. It was a celebration for Black History Month. There was a guest that played the drums and told stories. He was born in Ghana Africa, moved to the United Kingdom and in the 80's moved to the United States.

He taught visitors rhythm and encouraged uniting in diversity through music. Every culture likes music. He noted instruments can be made from a wide variety of materials.

It was an interesting experience, though I was working. I was working on a story (much more interesting than this) for The Herald that will run Monday. I was also taking photos.
